DAY CAMP INFO & REMINDERS FOR SUMMER 2023
Dear Campers and Parents,
Thank you for choosing the MALIBU SOCCER ACADEMY!!! The following is a list of times, reminders, and updates to make your Malibu Soccer Academy experience as smooth as possible. We are only asking for a deposit of $200 to secure your spot in camp. All camp families will be informed 2 weeks prior to the start of camp to go online and pay their remaining balance.

Day Camp #1 - June 26-30
Day Camp #2- July 10-14
CHECK IN/DROP OFF:
Camp will be taking place at Tari Frahm Rokus Field on the main campus at Pepperdine University. The drop off/pick up process will be emailed to you a week before the start of camp. map.pepperdine.edu/
Please drop off your child no later than 15 minutes before the start of camp which begins at 9 a.m.
Day Camp #2- July 10-14

Pick up for HALF-DAY CAMPERS is at 12:00 pm each day at same location as drop off.
Pick-up for FULL DAY CAMPERS is at 2 pm at the same location as drop off.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A cancellation policy was signed and agreed upon before registering for camp.
For Day Camp #1 ( June 26 - 20 )all registrants must cancel BEFORE May 15th, to receive a refund,
MINUS the nonrefundable $100 deposit.
For Day Camp #2,
(July 10 -14), all registrants must cancel BEFORE June 15th to receive a refund MINUS the $100 deposit. Any cancellation after these dates, (depending on which camp you are attending) will result in a loss of the full amount, unless you inform us of an extenuating circumstance that caused the cancellation. In this case, we will offer a credit for the following Summer. We DO NOT offer any pro-rating, for ANY reason.

SIGN IN AND SIGN OUT:
Parents and/or Guardians will be required to sign in/check their campers in and out every day with the Malibu Soccer Academy Staff member who is stationed at the camp entrance. If your child is being dropped off by another family friend, simply notify the counselor at check in.

THINGS TO BRING:
- Water Bottle and Soccer ball EVERYDAY!!
- Cleats
- Shin guards
- Sunscreen
- Snack (all food should be stored in sealable lunch bags or containers to protect from birds)
- FULL DAY CAMPERS must bring a lunch!!!
- FULL DAY CAMPERS (bring an extra shirt for whatever afternoon activity we have planned--might include water)
MEDICAL CONDITIONS:
Please remind our staff of any threatening or important medical conditions (food or other pertinent allergies, Epi Pens, Diabetic, etc.) that your camper might have at check in. A physical exam is not required to attend camp, but your presence at camp will indicate that you are physically able to participate in all activities.
