Thank you for choosing MALIBU SOCCER ACADEMY at Pepperdine University! The following is a list of times and reminders before arriving to camp.

OVERNIGHT CAMPER
First Day Check-In/Drop-Off: Thursday, July 6th, 1:00-2:00 pm
Our CHECK IN location will be determined closer to the time of camp. Please check your email closer to the time of camp as we will be providing an exact location at that time.
SHOULD YOU ARRIVE EARLY... there is a Starbucks in the Mullin Town Square on campus by the library. Please remember that the first meal at camp will be dinner on Day #1.
Pick Up/Check-Out/Final Day Schedule: Saturday, July 8th 3 - 4:00 pm
Should you be scheduling a SHUTTLE PICK UP watch your email for pick up location info as we will let you know closer to the time of camp.
Our College Q & A will be from approximately 1:30- 3 pm, and parents are welcome to join in. The session will take place on the main campus in Elkins Auditorium. Again, info of parking and luggage pick up locations will be forth coming a week before the start of camp. Please check your email during that time to avoid confusion on that day.
THINGS TO BRING:
All RESIDENTIAL CAMPERS should pack the following while COMMUTERS should bring daily essentials:
Sleeping Bag or set of sheets (extra-long twin) and a blanket • 1 towel • Pillow with case • Soccer cleats • Shin guards • 3-4 pair of soccer shorts • 4 - 6 pair of soccer socks • 4 T-shirts (for training) • 1 pair jeans or shorts • Sweatshirt/windbreaker • Sweat Pants • Pajamas • 1 pair of sandals Alarm Clock • Sunscreen/lip balm • Toiletries: soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, deodorant, hairbrush, etc... • Optional: Small Personal Fan (as the dorms don’t have AC), spending money ($40-$80)… SMALL BILLS PLEASE $1’s, $5’s, and $10's ) and a SMALL WATER BOTTLE (because of health and safety, we encourage each camper to bring their own water bottle...we have different places to fill them around campus)
COMMUTER CAMPERS

Daily Check-In: (Day 2 & 3) - Commuter campers should arrive to Tari Frahm Rokus field by 8:45 as the morning session will begin at 9 am
Nightly Pick-Up: (Day 1 & 2) - For the remainder of the week, commuter campers should arrive at 8:45 am to Tari Frahm Rokus field as session #1 will begin at 9 am.
Last day pick up is between 3 - 4:00 pm (Sat, July 8th) following the College Q & A. Parents are invited to join. Location of luggage pick up and parking will be determined closer to the time of camp. Stay tuned.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS:
Please remind our staff of any threatening or important medical conditions (food or other pertinent allergy’s, Epi Pens, Diabetic, etc.) that your camper might have at check in.
A physical exam is not required to attend camp, but your presence at camp will indicate that you are physically
able to participate in all activities.

Cancellation
A cancellation policy was signed and agreed upon before registering for camp. For Girls ID Camp Summer 2023, the week of July 6-8, all registrants must cancel BEFORE June 15th to receive a refund,
MINUS the nonrefundable $100 deposit. Any cancellation after this date will result in a loss of the full amount, unless you inform us of an extenuating circumstance that caused the cancellation. In this case, we will offer a credit for another ID Camp in the future.
We DO NOT pro-rate, for ANY reason.
For any ECNL team that advances to the ECNL Championship tourney, we will refund you the full amount with no penalty.
