Thank you for choosing MALIBU SOCCER ACADEMY at Pepperdine University! The following is a list of times and reminders before arriving to camp.

OVERNIGHT CAMPER
Check-In:
Girls College ID Goalkeeping Camp: Saturday, June 8th, 8:00 -9:00 am
Girls College ID Camp: Saturday, July 6th, 8:00 -9:00 am
CHECK IN will be at the Tari Frahm Rokus Soccer Field (home of the Pepperdine Waves Women's Soccer team) unless otherwise noted.
PARKING - There is a brand new parking lot that sits above the Eddy D Field Baseball stadium adjacent to the soccer complex and will be the best place to park for check in.
Should you arrive early, there is a Starbucks in the Mullin Town Square on campus by the library.
FOOD - Please remember that the first meal at camp will be lunch on Day #1.
Check-Out/Final Day: - Sunday, July 7th 3 - 4:00 pm
Following our morning schedule and lunch, our final session of camp will be the second part of our Mental Skills Training followed by our College Q & A which will take place between 1:30-3:30 pm...and parents are welcome/encouraged to join in for BOTH SESSIONS. The session will take place on the main campus in Elkins Auditorium.
The girls will bring their luggage to the final Q&A. Should their be changes or updates to check in or check out protocol, we will be notifying you via email prior to camp. Please continue to check your email during that time to avoid confusion on that day.
The best places to park on the FINAL DAY can be found in either the Seaver Main Lot (parking lot B), somewhere on Seaver Drive (above Seaver Main Lot) or in the Firestone Fieldhouse parking lot which all can be located on the map below:

Should you be scheduling a SHUTTLE PICK UP, please direct the driver to the Seaver Main Parking Lot (parking lot B).
THINGS TO BRING:
All RESIDENTIAL CAMPERS should pack the following while COMMUTERS should bring daily essentials:
Sleeping Bag or set of sheets (extra-long twin) and a blanket • 1 towel • Pillow with case • Soccer cleats • Shin guards • 3-4 pair of soccer shorts • 4 pair of soccer socks • 4 T-shirts (for training) • 1 pair jeans or shorts • Sweatshirt/windbreaker • Sweat Pants • Pajamas • 1 pair of sandals • Sunscreen/lip balm • Toiletries: soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, deodorant, hairbrush, etc... • Optional: Small Personal Fan (as the dorms don’t have AC), spending money ($40-$80)… SMALL BILLS PLEASE $1’s, $5’s, and $10's ) and a SMALL WATER BOTTLE (because of health and safety, we encourage each camper to bring their own water bottle...we have different places to fill them around campus)

Night Pick-Up: (after Day 1) - Commuter campers (those not staying over) should be picked up from camp either at 8 pm (following the night games) OR after the All Girls College Talk (with Pepperdine players) on Saturday night approximately at 10 pm.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS:
Please remind our staff of any threatening or important medical conditions (food or other pertinent allergy’s, Epi Pens, Diabetic, etc.) that your camper might have at check in.
A physical exam is not required to attend camp, but your presence at camp will indicate that you are physically
able to participate in all activities.

Cancellation
A cancellation policy was signed and agreed upon before registering for camp.
For Camp Cancellations, notifications must take place by June 1st to receive a refund, MINUS the non-refundable $100 deposit. Any notification after this date will result in the loss of the full amount, as all balances are expected to be paid in full by May 1st. If there is an extenuating circumstance causing the cancellation, we will allow for a credit or a full refund.
For any ECNL team that advances to the ECNL Championship tourney, we will refund you the full amount with no penalty.
Malibu Soccer Academy DOES NOT pro-rate, for ANY reason.
