Thank you for choosing the MALIBU SOCCER ACADEMY!!! The following is a list of times, reminders, and updates to make your Malibu Soccer Academy experience as smooth as possible.
CAMPER BALANCES/PAYMENTS
If you only paid your deposit, and want to pay your balance or make payments to your balance up until the full payment is collected/due ( May 15th ), please log in to your account via your parent portal you signed up with. Last Day Pick Up: 3-4 p.m. at the Tari Frauhm Rokus field. Final World Cup games will begin at 1:15 pm and conclude at 3:15 pm with "training group" and "all camp"awards to follow. We encourage all parents and loved ones to attend and support the World Cup matches. Luggage will be accessible to grab and place in cars between games. Stay tuned for parking location which will be sent via emailed a week before camp.

*No soccer ball required as those will be provided.

- Sleeping Bag or set of sheets (extra-long twin) and a blanket
- Pillow with case
- Soccer cleats
- Shin guards
- 3-4 pair of soccer shorts
- 4 pair of soccer socks
- 6 T-shirts (for training)
- 1 pair of jeans or shorts
- Sweatshirt
- Sweat Pants
- Pajamas
- 1 pair of soccer slides
- Sunscreen/Lip balm
- Hat
- Toiletries: soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, deodorant, hairbrush, etc...
- Optional: PERSONAL SMALL FAN (dorms have no AC)
- Spending money for Camp store ($20-$80…depending on if you wish to buy sweatshirt which are $50)
- Please bring small bills of $1’s, $5’s and $10's for snacks
TRAINING FACILITY
All training sessions will be taking place on theTari Frahm Rokus field, which is the home field for our nationally ranked Pepperdine Waves Womens Soccer team. Rokus field has recently been renovated and is one of the top facilities in the country, as well as the training hub for Angel City, Houston Dash, Philadelphia Union, New York City FC, as well as national teams from New Zealand and China.

IMPORTANT: WE RECOMMEND NO FOOD IN DORM ROOMS AS ANTS WILL BE A PROBLEM!!! ONLY EAT IN DESIGNATED AREAS AND STORE ANY SNACKS IN ZIPLOCK BAGS!!!

Cancellation
A cancellation policy was signed and agreed upon before registering for camp.
For Camp Cancellations, notifications must take place by June 1st to receive a refund, MINUS the non-refundable $100 deposit. Any notification after this date will result in the loss of the full amount, as all balances are expected to be paid in full by May 1st If there is an extenuating circumstance causing the cancellation, we will allow for a credit or a full refund.
For any ECNL team that advances to the ECNL Championship tourney, we will refund you the full amount with no penalty.
Malibu Soccer Academy DOES NOT pro-rate, for ANY reason.

MEDICAL
Although all medical info is collected during registration, please remind our staff of any threatening or important medical conditions if not put on your original online medical form (food or other pertinent allergies, Epi Pens, Diabetic, etc.) A physical exam is not required to attend camp, but your presence at camp will indicate that you are physically able to participate in all activities.
